STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Designed to elevate our teen athletes from any sport or fitness background to the next level of performance. Effective training is key to game-day success, and athletes will rise to the level of their preparation. This class focuses on enhancing Speed, Strength, Power, Flexibility, Coordination, Agility, Accuracy, Balance, and Stamina. Additionally, athletes will learn how to fuel their bodies with our comprehensive nutrition model for peak performance. Equip your child with the tools to become their best, and watch them thrive!
Class Details:
Incorporates Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, powerlifting, vestibular training, impact loading, and cardiovascular exercises like running, rowing, and biking. Includes strength programing, combined with metabolic conditioning, drives results in explosive power, speed, endurance, and mobility.
Athletes will achieve measurable progress and gain valuable knowledge to enhance their individual sports or general functional fitness.
