At The Farm, we believe fitness should feel like play.
Our Kids Classes give young athletes a positive, high-energy outlet to move, laugh, and learn — while building strength, coordination, and confidence that carry into every part of life.
Through fun workouts, games, and skill-based training, kids develop a love for movement, learn the basics of lifting and gymnastics, and discover how strong their bodies can be.
