BETHANY EXLINE

OWNER + MARKETING DIRECTOR

Bethany grew up as the daughter of a football and wrestling coach from a prestigious program, where she learned the values of dedication, determination, and hard work from a young age. She played high school volleyball for one of Oregon’s top programs, helping her team win a 6A State Title during an undefeated season. Although she considered playing college volleyball, Bethany chose to focus on enjoying her college experience after years of athletic commitment.

For nearly a decade, Bethany explored various fitness programs but often struggled with the time commitments that took her away from her family without yielding satisfying results. In the spring of 2012, she discovered Functional Strength & Conditioning and quickly fell in love with the sport. Her fitness achievements have been remarkable, frequently outlifting her male counterparts. More importantly, Functional Strength & Conditioning allowed her to train alongside her entire family, making it an activity that everyone could enjoy and benefit from.

Outside of the gym, Bethany and her husband, Trevor, enjoy watching their sons play football and basketball, proudly supporting their athletic journeys. Bethany and Trevor make it a priority to attend their games and cheer them on from the sidelines as much as they possibly can.

Bethany is the backbone of Banks Country Fitness, handling everything behind the scenes that keeps The Farm running smoothly. From managing marketing and our memberships, to coordinating social functions like the Backyard Brawl, she plays a crucial role in the success of The Farm. Her dedication, organizational skills, and passion for the community make her an indispensable part of the team. Simply put, Banks Country Fitness wouldn’t be standing without her.
